  • an animal or person.”as fellow creatures on this planet, animals deserve respect”
  • a fictional or imaginary being, typically a frightening one.”a creature from outer space”

We are pleased to announce an open call for artists in our All Creatures Great and Small exhibition.

Our world is a masterpiece made up of creatures from the largest mammal, the blue whale to the smallest organisms, or from our imaginations. Humane Society of Sonoma County

A Safe Haven for Animals

Ensure every animal receives protection, compassion, love and care.

Serving our community since 1931, the Humane Society of Sonoma County is a donor-supported safe haven for animals. They are dedicated to bringing people and companion animals together for a lifetime of love.

The animals in the Humane Society’s care receive medical treatment (including spay/neuter surgery), training services, and adoption assistance. HSSC believe that no effort is too great when a life is at stake. With your help, they give hope to every adoptable animal.

The Humane Society of Sonoma County employs exhaustive life-saving measures to ensure every animal receives protection, compassion, love and care. They have two locations in Sonoma County: 5345 Hwy 12 West in Santa Rosa and 555 Westside Road in Healdsburg.
