SDAT Town Hall Meetings August 13th and August 15th

In January 2018, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) awarded Healdsburg an SDAT (Sustainable Design Assistance Team). In August, a team of multidisciplinary experts from around the country will be here for 3 intense assessment days. The evening of August 13th will be the community’s time to speak up, and, on August 15th, the team will unveil their recommendations for Healdsburg’s sustainable future, and present a roadmap to get there.

The Monday evening meeting will be set up so the SDAT’s members can truly listen to you, and so we can listen to each other and view our concerns from different perspectives. Artists, gallerists, and art lovers – this is your opportunity to talk about the value of art in our community, and changes you imagine for Healdsburg’s future. Don’t let your ideas and dreams be left unsaid. Participate in creating a healthy future for us, our families, and our whole community.  SDATs have lead to surprisingly creative and effective recommendations for designing better and more sustainable communities.

This all-inclusive gathering will provide free childcare and Spanish translation; both meetings held in the Healdsburg High School Gym, 6PM
