Finding inspiration in nature, Victoria creates expressive landscape paintings with a focus on color and composition.

After attending the University of British Columbia and earning a degree in studio art and art education, Victoria moved to New York City and continued her art studies at the Art Students League of New York and the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Sharing a studio space with five other artists, she continued working with watercolor, mono printing and collage.

With a move back to the west coast and now residing in Sonoma County, California, she finds new avenues of artistic exploration in landscape painting. The changing seasons bring a shift in color and light, inspire new compositions and opportunities to capture the landscape with oil, acrylic, watercolor and gouache.
