We design and craft alebrijes in the form of paintings, wooden sculptures, hats, bookshelves, fireplaces and many more types of art that is meticulously painted by hand by Irma Rodríguez. Irma first began painting as a little girl when her parents started an alebrije business, therefore she has learned the family business and craftsmanship that is inspired by her heritage growing up in Oaxaca, Mexico.
