Watercolor: Techniques, Tips & Tricks
This three-hour watercolor class is open to beginners who have had some previous experience with drawing or a beginning watercolor class, as well as more experienced painters looking to expand their skills. Students should have a basic understanding of drawing, color mixing, and simple perspective. We’ll explore new watercolor techniques, tips, and tricks that can make your paintings more vibrant, colorful, and expressive. I’ll show you how to mix and layer colors without creating muddy paintings, how to get the most from your pigments, and how to approach a watercolor with greater confidence and spontaneity.
Whether you’re relatively new to watercolor or looking to take your painting to the next level, you’ll leave with new ideas and techniques you can put to work in your own paintings.
